Responsibilities and Functions:
- Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment requirements, overseeing systematic literature reviews and quantitative evidence synthesis.
- Manages project delivery by collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality outputs, timely completion, and financial performance, while identifying challenges and communicating solutions.
- Leads client calls and communications, reviews updates and actions for studies, and mentors direct reports through development plans to support team growth.
- Contributes to business development by assisting with proposals and presentations under senior guidance, and participates in meetings for new business ideation.
Requirements and Competencies:
- Holds a Master’s degree in a health services research field such as health economics, epidemiology, or biostatistics, with 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, a willingness to learn and share knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EndNote, with R/R Shiny skills being advantageous.
