Field Application Scientist

This FAS will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support. Prior to product launch, this position will also be involved in developing protein-protein interaction assays using the company’s proprietary technologies. Providing advanced high-level technical application support and presentations at customer sites, vendor conferences, webinars, and scientific meetings. Performing BLI analysis of customer samples involving specificity, kinetics, and affinity of biomolecular interactions. Providing pre- and post-sales support (product demonstrations, technical presentations, seminars, training, and customer service) through joint customer sales visits. Developing and transferring expert knowledge through training and support of relevant hardware and software while staying current with new assay development. Reporting on competitor’s products and feedback information to the Sales and Product Management teams.
