Technical Director, Hazardous Waste

Integrated in the T&P ESS team, the ESS Technical Director is responsible for direction and execution of technical aspects throughout the ESS BU. This includes support to operations, due diligence and strategy definition, project management and support to business development throughout the ESS BU. This position is remote or located in our main Office in the US. They do troubleshooting of existing Hazard Waste processes & build debottlenecking/revamping/growth plans with operational teams. They will lead technical due diligence of new business acquisition or plant upgrades and train operational teams to raise their technical background and provide technical mentoring and training to O&M employees. This includes preparing estimates and procedures in planning of projects, financial estimates with a strong focus on operational efficiencies.
