Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Serve as lead contact for accounts and Sales and document all interactions.
  • Communicate delays and cancellations and facilitate redraw of samples.

Qualifications:

  • Two year degree and/or 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Must complete HIPAA/PHI training within first 30 days.
