Job Description
Miratech is seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Experience Partner to join our team for 12-month contract. Responsibilities include consulting managers on strategic and operational people management matters, advising and facilitating in resolving complex situations related to their teams.
The role involves analyzing data and HR metrics to suggest optimal solutions for business process design, driving employee engagement, initiating change management projects, and providing support at all stages of talent management, including onboarding, development review, C&B, terminations, L&D, promotion, and managing burnout risks.
Additional duties may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
