Account Management:
-Develop effective relationships with multiple C-suite personas.
-Oversee customer relations mapping for the account team.
-Orchestrate an account strategy by leading across a broad virtual team.
Sales and Business Development:
-Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
-Plan accounts and territories effectively.
-Complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects.
Customer Advisory:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business.
-Advise customers on how ServiceNow can improve their IT roadmap.
-Identify the right specialist and support resources for each deal.
