Role & Team:

  • This role involves owning and improving the delivery of results to customers through AI-driven systems.
  • You will work across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual coordination.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and monitor scalable AI systems to replace manual processes and provide real-time visibility.
  • Ensure clarity on timelines, dependencies, and ownership across fast-paced, dependency-heavy delivery cycles.
  • Anticipate and surface risks proactively to unblock teams and maintain accountability.

Skills & Experience:

  • Requires 5+ years in operations, program management, or product/biz ops within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Must demonstrate strong systems thinking and proven use of AI beyond basic writing tasks in day-to-day work.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and a genuine interest in climate-focused work are essential.

Overstory

Overstory uses AI and satellite imagery to analyze vegetation risks for electric utilities, helping prevent outages and reduce wildfire risks. The team of about 100 people works remotely from 11 countries and values a collaborative, mission-driven culture rooted in trust and diversity.
