Job Description
As a Product Analyst focused on AskCR, you will develop novel analytic workflows that extract insights from conversational data, user interactions, and usage/performance to sharpen our product roadmap and product vision. You will write scripts to turn your analytic workflows into scalable, automated processes and build relationships with content and testing teams to understand their needs and how product data can help them achieve their goals. You will create dashboards and reporting tools that deliver the right insights to the right audiences at the right time and support trust & safety operations, monitoring conversations and escalating policy or quality concerns.
