Job Description
This role is for a Sr. Software Engineer ready for an adventure. You'll unlock the platform's potential, using Generative AI and Elixir/Phoenix alongside brilliant engineers. Workera wants each engineer to be empowered and care about the users and a delightful user experience. Project teams are small (2-3 people), following the ShapeUp methodology, deep-diving for 6 weeks, to solve a certain business problem. The project team has the autonomy to solve it in the way they want and the responsibility to own every aspect of the feature: scoping the problem and solution, testing/dogfooding, rollout, and handling user feedback. You’ll design and build LLM-powered applications—including agentic workflows, RAG systems, and voice interfaces—from ideation and system design through to deployment. The team values deep work and async communication.
