Lead Platform Engineer

As the Lead Platform Engineer on our team, you’ll be driving forward the technical architecture across platform infrastructure, DevOps and security, establishing best practices as well as contributing with hands-on work. You’ll be designing and building new services and workflows as well as enhancing and improving existing ones. Collaborating with Engineering leaders, Product, and your fellow Engineers, you’ll help make decisions and lead projects that will lay the groundwork for Reach to help millions of Americans outsmart debt for good. Design, implement and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. Lead Platform initiatives including deployment processes, pipelines, infrastructure as code, security improvements, container orchestration, etc Mentor and lead a team of Platform engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Collaborate with Product Managers and other Engineering functions to translate business requirements into technical solutions Own and enhance software lifecycle management tools and processes using industry best practices. Create and maintain CI/CD processes across development, staging, and production environments. Review code contributions and suggest improvements to ensure performance, security, and maintainability. Champion sustainable delivery models and engineering excellence across the organization.
