- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conducting regular reviews to understand their trading needs.
- Being responsible for key KPIs such as asset under management, trading volume and revenue contribution.
Product & Solutions Advisory:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading trading platforms.
- Providing professional comparison and recommendations to clients.
- Delivering customized solutions for key clients by gathering client needs and pain points.
Industry Insight & Continuous Learning:
- Tracking industry trends, competitor strategies and new product types.
- Translating new knowledge into valuable insights and suggestions for clients.
- Sharing client/market feedback and competitive intelligence.
