Field Automation Scientist

Customer Interaction:

• Translate customer needs into novel workflow solutions.
• Give technical seminars and present details of workflow proposals to stakeholders.
• Be a customer advocate and identify industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support for our workflow automation solutions
• Independently demonstrate the capabilities being proposed for selected workflow systems.
• Give technical seminars and present technical details of configurable workflow proposals to multiple stakeholders at customer accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemistry, chemical engineering, material science
• Credibility and ability to inspire confidence during technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex ideas
