Head of Dental Nursing

This is a transformative leadership role to elevate the value, visibility, and career opportunities for dental nurses across PortmanDentex. You'll build strong partnerships with People, Talent, Operations, and Clinical teams, while representing PortmanDentex with gravitas to dental care professionals, clinicians, industry bodies, and the public. You'll inspire change in dental nurse engagement, experience, career pathways, and professional recognition. Key accountabilities include: strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement, developing a long-term strategy to reimagine dental nurse experience; external influence as a respected public speaker; learning & development by creating training pathways; clinical support and operational efficiency; community building and leading the Dental Nurse Forum; operational support by partnering with Operations and Talent Acquisition.
