Job Description
Integration Design:
-Design and implement integration flows between Genesys Cloud CX and CRMs.
-Configure and optimize CRM integrations, including data synchronization.
-Develop and maintain middleware components required for integration.
Data Management:
-Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of data exchange between systems.
-Conduct end-to-end integration testing and perform performance tuning.
-Document integration logic, dependencies, and maintenance procedures.
Collaboration and Skills:
-Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts.
-Stay updated on new Genesys Cloud CX features and API enhancements.
-Utilize AWS or Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
