Staff Data Analyst - Sport F/M

You will join the Data Analytics team, part of a larger Data team which also includes Data Science, Data Product Management and Product Analytics teams. The Analytics team mission is to grow the business by identifying critical insights and high value opportunities. You'll integrate a fast growing team of +30 passionate individuals tackling challenges of all sorts: from scaling marketing campaign analytics to building complex customer segmentations to predicting the outcome of the next football game. With Sportsbetting being the DNA of the company and generating most of its revenue, Betclic is looking to strengthen its Sports Analytics team, responsible for delivering analytics touching the very heart of our business model: betting products, strategies and offers. Working directly with the sports team, your work and analysis will significantly contribute to defining a relevant long-term strategy for the department and to assessing its impact on our players. Partner with product directors and business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their current and upcoming challenges. Deliver insightful analysis with convincing and actionable recommendations that will drive meaningful product improvements and tangible impact on our activity. Identify high value added opportunities to unlock business potential, and hence contribute to future roadmaps definition. Develop decision making tools to support data-driven strategic initiatives. As part of your Staff Data Analyst scope, you will be in charge of mentoring 3 Senior Data Analysts and handling interactions with product stakeholders alongside with the Sports Data Product Owner.
