Serve as the primary relationship manager and project lead for client accounts, ensuring clear, friendly communication and high-quality service delivery. Develop and execute strategic communications plans, messaging, content, and client campaigns. Edit and approve content developed by the team, ensuring it aligns with client goals and adheres to quality standards. Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and staff hours, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Help develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building. The role is fully remote within the United States.
