Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at OLX, you will be involved in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation process, translating customer problems into solutions and designing from workflow and interactions to high-fidelity visual designs. You will interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence. You will also set the vision for the user experience and manage collaboration with stakeholders. You will co-own and co-drive the delivery phase of the product together with Engineering and Product partners. You will also act as a craft mentor for junior and regular designers. The role requires strong skills in user-centered design methodologies, analytical thinking, communication, and a fast-paced, flexible work style.
