Job Description
Data Systems Analysts, Inc. has an opening for a Structured Query Language (SQL) Database Administrator. This is a full-time remote position. The SQL Database Administrator (DBA) will work as part of a dedicated team supporting a complex Air Force enterprise application. This role will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL Server instances. Acts as one of the primary database administration resources for the system, including: Install and configure Microsoft SQL database servers to meet custom software needs. Monitor system health and performance. Ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes. Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement. Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours. Must be detail oriented and work well with a team
