Job Description
We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to help Vercel scale from a product company to a full-fledged platform company. We’re seeking a data-driven, business-minded Growth PM to lead our expansion strategy. Reporting into senior product leadership, you’ll work cross-functionally across Product, GTM, and Data to define and execute strategies that increase account expansion, improve our approach to cross-selling products (e.g., Security, CDN, v0), and unlock long-term customer value. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how Vercel transitions from strong PMF with hosting to a broader platform strategy, owning critical parts of our land-and-expand motion.
Define and iterate pricing, packaging, PLG and Enterprise motions that drive expansion. You’ll own how we price, position, and drive adoption of Vercel’s evolving product suite. Develop strategies to drive ancillary products (e.g., Edge Middleware, Security, v0) across existing customers. Partner with GTM to identify expansion opportunities. Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels - from self-serve onboarding to enterprise upgrades - and prioritize initiatives that improve activation, retention, and ACV growth.
Partner with Growth Marketing to define measurable Enterprise campaigns and sales plays by building experimentation frameworks and track success metrics for each initiative. Contribute to the strategic shift from a single-product hosting solution to a full AI developer platform, and help define product packaging and value messaging. Help shape metrics, pricing strategy, and customer engagement narratives that prepare Vercel for public markets
