Job Description
We're seeking a Prompt Engineer / Sr. Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts to improve the performance and reliability of generative AI solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, and software engineers to build intelligent systems to deliver meaningful and accurate outputs for the business of insurance. Design, refine, and evaluate prompts, context, and system instructions for various product use cases. Conduct experiments to assess model behavior, accuracy, and cost impact with new or existing prompts. Monitor model outputs for bias, hallucination, and performance degradation. Analyze and address technical problems related to prompt design and model interaction. Continuously improve prompt engineering processes by adopting new techniques and technologies.
