Job Description
We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead software development operations, quality assurance, release management, and infrastructure across three product teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and team excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership & Team Management: Lead three cross-functional product teams (6 engineers: developers + QA testers) through 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development. Recruit, hire, and onboard engineering talent as the organization scales. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on delivery excellence.
Agile & Process Management: Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating all sprint ceremonies and coaching teams on agile principles. Track sprint metrics and KPIs; remove organizational impediments.
Release & Quality Management: Plan and coordinate all software releases, including beta testing programs and release documentation. Lead QA strategy, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and rigorous defect tracking.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Manage CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and cloud/on-premise infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with VP of Product & Engineering on strategic alignment and communicate transparently with all stakeholders.
