We are actively seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager with a focus on strategic account management and experience working with pharmacies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our pharmacy network, emphasizing proactive account management, supply chain optimization, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for Supply Chain Optimization, Point of Contact (POC), SLA Definition and Management, Contract Management, Issue Resolution, Collaboration with Internal Teams, and SOP Development.
