Data Management Analyst

Support the development and implementation of data management and analysis plans for multi-site clinical studies. Build and maintain REDCap databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across studies. Perform data quality control (QC), including data cleaning, validation, and implementing automated checks where possible. Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to communicate study progress, data quality metrics, and key performance indicators. Generate publication-ready tables, figures, and other outputs for reports, manuscripts, and presentations. Assist with basic descriptive and exploratory data analyses as needed, using R, SPSS, or similar tools. Manage study metadata, data dictionaries, and documentation to support transparency and reproducibility. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and data governance initiatives. Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize data workflows and enhance data quality. Respond to data requests and reporting needs from study teams, investigators, and leadership. Participate actively in team meetings and cross-functional collaborations. Complete other projects and duties, as assigned.
