This role is in an area of studies for both internal and external stakeholders, offering a wide array of possibilities. Day-to-day, the work involves understanding requests, assessing the potential impact of studies, discussing the approach and delivery, and presenting the findings to the requestor. The person in this role will be responsible for conducting studies, seeking out novel approaches, aligning deliveries and deadlines, and presenting the results. Key activities include manipulating databases, engaging with clients to understand business needs, combining internal solutions or creating new ones using diverse techniques, developing ad hoc studies and statistical analyses, interpreting results, and evaluating their applicability to client challenges. Interaction with various areas of Serasa and external clients is essential, along with constructing a rationale for presenting results to clients, including the creation of delivery materials.
