Executive Assistant

You will be the operational backbone for OCV leadership, managing calendars, communications, travel (limited), and coordination with OCV companies and founders. You will own the organizational systems and document management that we use to launch and support OCV companies including new company setup activities and founder onboarding logistics.  You will use AI to streamline processes and to automate repetitive administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI and automation tools to scale their impact across the organization. From managing critical workflows to supporting founders during their first days, your work will ensure that OCV operates efficiently and our portfolio companies launch successfully.
