Data Analyst

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Generates data and reports on a regular schedule as directed by revenue cycle leadership.
• Provides analysis and insight regarding the data presented to leadership.
• Compiles and maintains detailed cash, billing, and reimbursement metrics.

Technical Skills:

• Creates ad hoc reports and analysis utilizing tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Access, EPIC SlicerDicer, and EPIC Radar.
• Participates in the assessment and development of business intelligence platforms and data warehouses.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and regulatory rules.

Support and Communication:

• Provides support to the leadership team, assisting in the interpretation of operational scorecards.
• Notifies leadership of any significant variance to standard metrics or reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain a customer service reputation.
