Job Description

The Creative / Graphic Design Director will play a critical role in bringing the Nielsen brand and products to life. This role is responsible for executing the brand’s visual identity and developing creative strategies across digital marketing channels including email, paid media, website, and social. The ideal candidate will have experience distilling complex ideas, technologies and products into visually compelling narratives that drive engagement and performance with various audiences. This role will set the creative strategy and vision for projects, serve as a creative advisor to the digital and growth marketing team, as well as execute. This role will also be responsible for managing a production agency and creating a high performing relationship with effective feedback cycles to improve performance. Prior design experience is a must. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate an ability to execute with agility.
