Quality Manager - NDT Service Lines

Quality Management:

• Develop, review, revise, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and work instructions in accordance with codes and customer requirements.
• Serve as corporate Level III resource for MT, PT, UTT, Leak Testing, MFL, and Eddy Current methods.
• Conduct technical audits of field operations and inspection programs to ensure compliance and consistency.

Technical Leadership:

• Support technician qualification and certification programs under SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, and NAS-410.
• Evaluate new NDT technologies and methods for potential implementation.
• Assist with customer audits, technical presentations, and proposal support activities.

Collaboration and Compliance:

• Partner with Service Line Managers to identify training needs and competency development.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action development for quality events.
• Ensure alignment with ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, and internal quality management systems.
