Senior Network Engineer, Security

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 network support to clients across the globe. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, particularly those experienced in enterprise network operations and handling escalations and severe cases.

You will have strong hands-on experience in handling and troubleshooting network and security-related issues. You will need in-depth knowledge of Cisco ASA and FTD platforms, including installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Also, be able to evaluate diverse security risks and implement security measures on network infrastructure, such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security policies.

Configure network policies, application performance optimization, and dynamic path selection using SD-WAN. You will independently drive P2/P1 Technical calls from the network's end, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and provide clear, concise updates to clients. Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to handle and manage client interactions and escalations independently, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of critical issues.
