Job Description
Client Advocacy:
- Serves as the primary internal advocate for video, animation, and design clients.
- Escalates and resolves content or strategy issues effectively.
- Attends client check-ins on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
Production Management:
- Creates and maintains delivery schedules for clients.
- Tracks tasks and deliverables on a monthly basis.
- Works with production teams to ensure timely and on-brief task completion.
Quality Assurance:
- Acts as the gatekeeper for production deliverables.
- Reviews work to ensure it meets the brief and provides feedback.
- Ensures high-quality content delivery to clients.
