Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to take our user engagement and retention efforts to the next level. This role will design and execute targeted campaigns that guide users through every stage of their journey with Typeform, from onboarding and first conversion to expansion and long-term loyalty. You’ll own and optimise automated workflows, segment audiences, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to ensure our lifecycle programs drive meaningful results. In the short term, you’ll focus on supporting our three core areas—Acquisition, Expansion, and cross-functional projects—while working closely with your manager for alignment. Over time, you’ll own end-to-end lifecycle strategies, proactively identify new growth opportunities, and play a key role in driving business success.
