Project Manager

Oversee deployment of high-density cooling and intelligent PDU solutions in client data centers across Europe, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include detailed planning, coordination of internal and external resources, on-site supervision, and proactive issue resolution. Project Planning & Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope/objectives, conduct kickoff meetings, and ensure necessary permits/site access. Resource & Schedule Management: Coordinate manufacturing/delivery schedules, book/manage field resources, maintain a master schedule, and promptly communicate changes. Budget Tracking & Reporting: Manage project budget, track expenditures/labor hours, and provide periodic progress and budget updates. On-Site Coordination & Supervision: Be on-site during critical phases, coordinate various crews, ensure safety/adherence to protocols, and serve as primary contact for the customer’s site manager. Quality Assurance, Testing & Handover: Oversee commissioning, supervise testing, address deficiencies, and lead handover meetings, documenting lessons learned.
