Clinical Reimbursement Assistant - Genetic Testing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Request and review medical records to identify clinical information and flag missing documentation.
• Coordinate medical record requests and track case pipelines to ensure required documentation is received.
• Support provider and patient outreach initiatives and assist with internal projects for operational improvement.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in biology or life sciences preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret medical documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
