Drive Strategy:

  • Shape and drive the strategy for Financial Services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor the success of the FInserv business, using data and analytics.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate large scale recruitment programs.

Leadership & Expertise:

  • Lead a team of solution consultants to demonstrate value to potential customers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert while staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support.
