Drive Strategy:
- Shape and drive the strategy for Financial Services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor the success of the FInserv business, using data and analytics.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Coordinate large scale recruitment programs.
Leadership & Expertise:
- Lead a team of solution consultants to demonstrate value to potential customers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert while staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support.
