Sr Engineer Manufacturing

In this role:

• You’ll lead Design for Excellence (DFx) and champion DFx principles by proactively engaging in design reviews from the earliest stages of product development.
• You will take full ownership of factory and line readiness for all assigned new product programs and lead manufacturing and assembly activities on-site.
• You will strategically define and structure complex bills of materials (BOMs) and assemblies within PLM tools and support Root Cause, Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Qualifications:

• Must have hands-on experience in analyzing FMEA, PFMEA, tolerance, DoE, SPC, GR&R, and CpK.
• Proficiency with PLM software such as Arena or Agile.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support for failure analysis of product field failures.
• Champions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Works directly with contract manufactures in low/medium volume, high-mix production environments.
