Job Description
As a Client Manager at Honor, you will deliver exceptional service to clients by guiding them and their families through the full care journey, maintaining regular contact, and building strong relationships with Care Pros. You will collaborate across Honor to ensure seamless operations by partnering with frontline support and staffing teams, managing escalations, and providing feedback to internal teams. You will also manage partner relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies, providing real-time updates, and triaging requests.
