IT Administrator

We’re looking for an IT Administrator to manage and support internal IT environment and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining system availability, ensuring compliance with security and ISO 27001 controls, and providing day-to-day technical support across the business. You’ll work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot environment issues, manage access controls, and maintain reliable network and endpoint performance. This is a long-term, hands-on position suited to someone with strong systems knowledge, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement in IT operations. Responsibilities include system administration, user management, technical support, security & compliance, networking, documentation, collaboration and device & onboarding management.
