Software Engineer I

The Software Engineer I will support the development and iteration of AI-driven features for our next-generation benefits platform. The engineer will work on personalization, experimentation, and AI/ML methods (e.g. LLMs, recommender systems) in collaboration with more senior engineers to enhance user experience in a meaningful domain. The engineer will work with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) on the backend, contributing to production-ready code and user-facing features while gaining exposure to innovative ML and AI development practices. From refining frontend components to helping out with backend logic or data flows, you'll contribute where needed and develop a well-rounded understanding of the full product journey.
