The Research Specialist will build strong cross-functional relationships with product and other organizational divisions, including brand, marketing, and strategy. You will demonstrate leadership and innovation in our research and communication practices, under the guidance of the head of Design Research & Consumer Insights. Responsibilities include identifying clear research objectives and developing research programs to achieve them.
You will develop screeners for participant recruitment and design audience-appropriate research protocols, working closely with cross-functional partners. You will moderate studies with children and adults, using various formats including prototype testing, playtesting, interviews, and focus groups. The role also involves designing and programming unmoderated studies and surveys using leading design research/UXR tools as well as synthesizing research results into clear presentations to spark conversation, co-ownership, and product impact.
