Senior Software Engineer

Play a critical role in building the data infrastructure and tools that help us measure the impact of our campaigns and set our team up for success. You'll design and maintain pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career professional who is interested in using their technical skills to have an impact, and is passionate about digital culture. Support the build and optimization of Vocal Media’s data warehouse, supporting internal and client-facing products. Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to ingest, transform, and deliver data across multiple systems. Ensure pipelines are scalable , reliable , and efficient for both batch and real-time processing. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Share best practices, mentor engineering team members, and conduct code reviews Maintain a thorough, meticulously documented, and tested codebase that can be scaled across large datasets Contribute to long-term architectural plans, including future frontend development efforts, and lead these projects when they become active.
