Role Overview:
- This role involves reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer's Chief of Staff and working closely with the CMO to serve as a strategic partner across the organization.
- It focuses on leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to enhance clinical quality, accelerate growth, and expand service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling presentations and deliverables that articulate objectives, track progress, and communicate strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Design and monitor KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure initiatives consistently deliver expected outcomes.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting, with healthcare or digital health industry experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and business development skills, a strong track record of leading strategic initiatives, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
