AI/ML Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities from data preparation through deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Develop APIs, services, and integrations to expose AI/ML capabilities to mission applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

AI/ML Engineering & Mission Integration:

• Design and operationalize AI/ML solutions aligned to mission and business requirements.
• Conduct technical evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, model behavior, and deployment procedures.

Python & AI/ML Development:

• Develop reusable Python modules, services, and automation for data processing and inference.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML applications.
• Troubleshoot issues involving model behavior, data quality, and cloud services.

Generative AI & Retrieval-Augmented Generation:

• Implement RAG workflows for document ingestion, retrieval, and model inference.
• Integrate large language models with enterprise applications and mission data.
• Evaluate retrieval quality, response relevance, and implement safeguards against inappropriate outputs.
