Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing escalations effectively.
- Coordinate functional services, including external vendors, to meet study timelines and budget requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
Budget and Quality Management:
- Manage study budgets and ensure adherence to scope, promptly addressing out-of-scope activities.
- Oversee study quality, including eTMF readiness, quality notifications, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead internal and client meetings, providing status updates and progress reports on key performance indicators.
Collaboration and Business Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of clinical trials.
- Support business development activities, including bid defenses and client presentations.
