Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
You will schedule meetings with qualified prospects, and pass them on to our Sales counterparts.
You will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in generating sales pipeline.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing inbound & outbound sales activities, and contact potential clients.
- Discovering new leads through creative internet research and social media monitoring.
- Qualifying customers based on a thorough knowledge of Vonage API products.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Keeping meticulous notes updated in the CRM system.
- Developing and maintaining territory plans with Account Managers.
- Supporting Vonage API marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns.
