Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager for Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving both the strategic and tactical direction of our growth initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will oversee the scaling of our user base, open new Growth bets, and lead the development of product innovations that directly contribute to the company’s growth objectives. You’ll be expected to not only drive product strategy but also mentor teams, guide cross-functional collaborations, and influence senior stakeholders. You will deliver innovative and high-impact product strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across EarnIn’s product offerings. Responsibilities include owning product roadmaps, aligning teams on priorities, defining and tracking product goals, driving experimentation, and using data to inform product decisions. It requires 7+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company and leadership experience.
