Senior IT Systems Engineer

Automating internal operations and employee experience is a primary task. You'll be responsible for:

• Automate SaaS ecosystems to maintain secure, efficient, and automated systems for employees.
• Ensuring systems run smoothly is also part of the role.
• Troubleshooting end-user/endpoint issues is a key responsibility.

You're also expected to manage IT processes:

• Design scalable IT processes for systems provisioning and onboarding/offboarding.
• Document playbooks and manage ticket queues.
• Improve IT support processes and setting SLAs.

You should also be a collaborative partner:

• Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
• Bridge the gap between team to improve productivity.
• Collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional support, enabling productivity across the company.
