Job Description

As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our fleet of Airalo Users with their day-to-day technology needs, as well as working to set up processes and workflows to enhance the overall employee experience at Airalo. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining quality services and driving change for the business.

Support the day-to-day IT needs of our Users such as helpdesk requests, onboarding, access management, and asset management. Help establish appropriate policies and best practices for IT operations. Help create processes and workflows that are scalable, repeatable, and most importantly – secure. Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of our company-owned devices. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of opportunities within the IT space. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with key business stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for improvements.
