Senior People Operations Program Manager

This role is to lead and improve critical HR programs and processes, working closely with People team, Legal, Finance, and other partners. The goal is to ensure consistency, scalability and ongoing improvement. Candidate need to lead key People Operations programs with a focus on consistency and ensure compliance across U.S. and international regions. Also, must drive project execution for critical company initiatives, support internal and client-initiated audits, implement and maintain operational tools, manage compliance reporting and submissions and own immigration-related processes.
