Coder, Auditing (PRN)

Job Overview:

• Review clinical documentation and validate coding assignments.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct detailed audits of medical records to verify accuracy.
• Research missing documentation and resolve through provider queries.
• Maintain audit logs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility, professional, and critical access coding and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of CPT coding standards, NCCI edits, and Coding Clinic guidance.
• Ability to maintain 95% or higher quality standard and productivity expectations.
