Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and contribute growth of our spot trading market share by identifying product opportunities and innovation.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial/crypto industry focusing on retail growth aspects.
- Understanding and appreciation of blockchain and broader web3 landscape.
- Ability to engage community to gather feedback and drive changes.
